The teacher in NYC caught a topless man sucking on the nipple of a topless man during Zoom class

A spicy slip of the tongue resulted in a Spanish teacher being ripped from her classes after investigators discovered she had committed an “inappropriate sexual act” during a zoom lesson.

When students at the prestigious Columbia Secondary School of Math, Science and Engineering watched a “live” class from a distance, Amanda K. Fletcher, 37, appeared to be “sucking the nipple of an unidentified topless man” while “circling” or “back and rocked” fourth, “said the special commissioner for investigations for city schools.

Previously, the students watched as Fletcher “ate spaghetti” with the shirtless man behind her, according to a report by the Post dated October 29, 2020 that the SCI had received.

After Fletcher took the man’s mouth off his chest, “she went on teaching and discussing a worksheet,” one student told Probers.

Investigators watched several videos of the incident shared by students on Shapchat and other social media platforms, the report said.

The stunning scene took place on September 30, two weeks after the city’s Department of Education remotely opened the 2020-21 school year.

The alleged behavior began about 12 minutes before class ended while the students were still present, the report said.

Fletcher gave no explanation for her alleged behavior. She declined to be interviewed by SCI investigators and did not return messages from The Post.

“This behavior is absolutely unacceptable,” said DOE spokeswoman Danielle Filson.

Fletcher, a DOE teacher since 2007, has been teaching on the Morningside Heights campus since September 2018. Grades 6 to 12 are one of the best performing schools in town.

The DOE “reassigned” Fletcher last October after receiving the SCI report and “will take disciplinary action against her,” Filson said. Fletcher, who made $ 105,588 last year, remains on the city’s payroll.

The SCI also asked the DOE to improve teacher training on “appropriate and acceptable behavior in remote interaction with students”.

Teachers should “exclude participants from attending outside the classroom” and not engage in “eating or snacking, smoking, vaping, or otherwise involving tobacco use” or any other activity that might prevent an educator from fully engaging with the subject focus classroom. ”

Filson said the DOE introduced “digital media guidelines for distance learning” in March 2020. It “reminded school-based employees that virtual classrooms should follow the same protocols as personal classrooms – e.g., outside people are not allowed to enter the classroom. Whether virtual or in person – and employees must continue to maintain a safe and appropriate learning environment.”
