Reagan made the same joke the president made of the Coast Guard cadets in 1988.
“My Coast Guard aides have been excellent. One of them taught me, and I quote,” The Coast Guard is the hard core that the Navy is built around in wartime, “Reagan told the cadets, who cheered.

“FYI, Reagan got that joke at the end of his presidency in 1988 and when dementia rumors were widespread,” added Adams.
This comes a day after Biden made another joke about running a reporter over with a truck.
During the tour of the Ford plant in Michigan On Tuesday, Biden drove past a group of pool reporters while testing the Ford F-150 Lightning. Many asked him how he liked the truck he drove.
