A customer at a Jersey Mike’s Subs in Southern California was outraged when a staff member made her order incorrectly and stole a tip glass to show her dissatisfaction, authorities said.
The incident occurred at around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday at the sandwich chain’s location in Hemet, 85 miles east of Los Angeles, and was captured on a video posted on social media.
“We paused trying to identify the actual person in this video,” said Lt. Michael Arellano of the Hemet Police Department told Fox News. “She wasn’t happy with her order as it sounds.”
The customer seems visibly annoyed that an employee is standing behind a counter and asking for her name.

“What’s your name?” asks the unknown woman.
“I’m not telling you. I’m a minor,” replies the clerk.
The woman then appears to toss sacks of potato chips at the teen before throwing napkins and taking a tip jar.
“No, you will compensate me for what you owe me,” the woman said before praising the snacks.
Before leaving the store, she went for a bottled drink and pushed a clerk who was blocking the exit.
