Levin questions the standard of justice as Capitol rioters are held under strict custody while Antifa roams free

“Life, Liberty & Levin” host Mark Levin railed against the unequal application of justice he sees between suspects participating in the January 6th Uprising in the US Capitol and those involved in Antifa undfa Protests against Black Lives Matter in a fiery opening monologue on Sunday evening.

Levin pointed out the hundreds of suspects who appeared in a. are cataloged Online database of the DOJ Chronicles the arrests of Capitol Riots and stresses that no such focus was given to the suspects involved in repeated acts of alleged criminal conduct during the Black Lives Matter demonstrations across the country following the death of George Floyd in May 2020.

SEN JOHNSON WARNING AGAINST UNEQUAL APPLICATION OF JUSTICE AS CAPITOL RIOT SUSPECTS SIT IN PRISON

“You want to know about a riot?” Levin began, citing the latest report from the Inspector General of the Home Office exposing the widespread narrative surrounding Lafayette Square and President Trump last summer.

“We were told that Donald Trump and Bill Barr ordered that Lafayette Park be evacuated and that they use rubber bullets and tear gas against ‘mostly peaceful protesters’. Especially peaceful demonstrators? They nearly burned down the historic church in Washington, DC, St. John’s Church, “Levin said.” They tried to attack the White House fence. Over 49 United States park police officers were injured. Over 50 Secret Service agents and uniformed agents were injured. “

Levin noted that the violent BLM and Antifa rioters have obvious judicial discrepancies compared to Capitol riot suspects, who are reportedly being held in harsh detention conditions.

“I am in no way defending what happened in the Capitol on January 6th,” he said, “but I am saying that we need a bit of balance and justice here.”

“I want to know who they are arresting, what happened to them, what they are being accused of,” Levin continued. “This information needs to be made public. You need to post all of the videos they sit on.
